Downloading Your IP eBooks

After you have submitted your order we will confirm it, you will then be ready to download your purchase. To begin downloading click on ”Download eBook Now” next to your book title within you "IP eBook Library". Your file will then begin downloading as a PDF file. In order to view PDF files, you’ll need a copy of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader is free from Adobe, and can be downloaded safely and installed quickly on your computer. This free program will enable you to view and print any PDF file—and may already be installed on your machine (whether it has a Windows or Mac operation system). You need to use Acrobat Reader 5.0 or a newer version when downloading IP eBooks.

When your file has completed downloading it will appear on the screen as a PDF file. It is important to save the file now. Under the File menu bar scroll down to "Save As,” create your own file name if you want, and save to a location on your computer. Note that these simple steps will vary with Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

Remember that once you have purchased an eBook from Incentive Publications, you will have your own “IP eBook Library” and you can download your eBooks(s) without any time limitation. Just log in with your User Name and Password and Click the “My IP eBook Library” link. Then simply click on “Download eBook Now” link for the book that you wish to download.

Download Times

The time it takes for your product order to download depends on the speed of your modem/Internet connection and the size of the file you are downloading. Listed below are approximate download times depending on your modem per 1MB file size:

Note that as you mouse-over the “Download eBook Now” link for any book, you will see the file size and estimated download time for your particular connection speed.
