- We are pleased to offer purchasers of Incentive Publications eBooks a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all eBooks purchased.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the digital product(s) you have purchased, just send us an e-mail at refunds@incentivepublications.com within 30 days of making your purchase. (Refunds will not be issued for purchases made more than 30 days before.)
- In the e-mail, list your order number, contact information, and the reason(s) for desiring a refund.
- We will acknowledge the receipt of your refund request by email within two business days and issue a full refund by check within 30 days.
- No refunds will be provided for physical products (e.g., books or CD’s) that have already shipped). Refunds will not be provided for either the cost of the item or shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests from any customers deemed to be abusing our eBook refund policy.
- In receiving a refund, you are agreeing to delete the digital file(s) from your PC or other electronic device and to continue to abide by our Incentive Publications Reproducible Materials Agreement
